Employment Opportunities

Looking for your next career?

Consider using your experience and talent to impact the youth of Cascade County. You could have a one of a kind job and give back to our community at the same time. We are so much more than just an after school babysitter. The Club is a premier youth development organization who's mission is to ensure all children have the opportunity to reach their full potential. We believe Great Futures Start Here.

Youth Development Professionals

When you work for a small nonprofit like the Club, you will wear many hats. Your day will not look the same everyday. You may help plan and organize activities, pick members up from school, assist with serving snacks or meals, or help the administration team. The most important hat we all wear is the same: we are youth development professionals. First and foremost, we are mentors. We want to see our members grow up well- achieving academic success, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and developing good character and citizenship. We might do many different tasks during the day, but ultimately when that school bell rings, we are here for them.
